Job Description

HC-One is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to Residents, work within a nurse-led environment and support families through care decisions. You will mentor students and supervise colleagues while upholding safeguarding standards.

You will communicate effectively, apply clinical judgement, and participate in digital care planning to improve outcomes and daily routines for residents and staff alike.
