Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Guernsey invites a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Band 5 Community Staff Nurse team. You will deliver care to service users in homes and care homes, working within a vibrant community and professional multidisciplinary team.

Providing autonomous assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and educating patients within support networks, you’ll adapt to changing needs and document care in line with policies.
