Job Description

National Gas is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner for Scotland and North, based in Aberdeen with a hybrid work pattern. You will deliver tailored HR advice, recruit and develop talent, drive performance, and work with the HR Centres of Excellence.

A CIPD qualification (or Level 5 study) and strong data skills are essential. You will lead key HR projects, collaborate across the HR function, manage one direct report, and build strong stakeholder relationships while upholding Company Values
