Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the construction sector – Civils, Surveying, Project Management
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match their skills and experience with client requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client consultation to placement and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and drive business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within construction or a related sector.
- A 360 billing track record
- A proactive approach to business development and relationship-building.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
