Job Description

Role – Recruitment Advisor
Location – Edinburgh City Centre (Hybrid working – office on Wednesday and Thursday)
Hours – Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1700 (36 hours per week)
Start date – ASAP
Duration – 6 months temporary
Pay Rate – £16.07 per hour

Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit for a Recruitment Advisor on a temporary basis.

The role:

• Liaising with Hiring Managers to provide guidance on the recruitment process

• Supporting with advert writing

• Advising on best recruitment practices

• Advertising on LinkedIn as required

• Supporting with the interview process

• Providing guidance on candidate selection

• Any other tasks as required

You should have excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
