Our primary social rented offer includes general needs housing for households of all ages and specialist housing for older people (circa 3,600 units). In addition, we provide some mid-market homes (circa 56 units) and shared ownership (circa 38 units). We also act as a property manager for homeowners and sharing owners in areas where we have an interest (circa 381 units).

We are looking for a new Reactive Repairs & Maintenance Inspector to join our growing Assets & Sustainability Team. The postholder will ensure high quality reactive repairs and maintenance services ensuring that our customer’s homes are maintained to a high standard and are compliant with contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements, whilst also providing a 10/10 customer experience.
