Reablement Support Worker – Community Care

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Bute reablement/community team on a permanent part-time basis. The role collaborates with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers and Community Nurses, offering broad clinical exposure and the ability to work under pressure.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, strong organisational and IT skills, and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
