Property Admin Assistant
We are currently working with a well-established housing organisation who are looking to appoint a Property Admin Assistant to support their busy repairs team.
This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
The Role
You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day delivery of repairs and maintenance services, ensuring works are logged, tracked, and completed efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:

Raising and updating repair requests

Scheduling works for operatives and contractors

Liaising with tenants to arrange appointments

Handling incoming calls and emails

Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

Supporting the wider property team with admin tasks
What we’re looking for

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Confident using IT systems

Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload

Customer-focused approach
Experience within housing, property, or repairs is desired
