Are you an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller?

Contract Scotland is currently recruiting for a Document Controller for our client based in Kilsyth. The successful applicant will be joining a leading player in the construction and infrastructure industry, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality projects that make a lasting impact on communities. As Document Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Establish and maintain computer and paper-based document filing systems.
  • Review and distribute documents in line with agreed departmental procedures.
  • Maintain accurate computer and paper-based records, logging distributed documents.
  • Process responses to documents issued.
  • Chase responses to documents issued where required.
  • Administer requests for information.
  • Conduct periodic archiving.
  • Remain up to date with all company policies and procedures, industry legislation and guidance applicable to your subject field.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE), i.e. BIM360, Aconex, ViewPoint for Projects.
  • Successful experience of working in a general administration support role or field of expertise.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
