STEM Recruitment is working with a leading diagnostics company to hire 2 Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality to join a company focused on producing high-performance diagnostic products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the manufacturing and packaging of diagnostic products
- Accurately complete production records and documentation
- Operate and maintain lab equipment
- Perform filling, labelling, and packaging tasks to high standards
- Manage stock and materials efficiently
- Follow all GMP, GDP, and internal quality procedures
What We re Looking For:
- Standard Grade or equivalent in English and Maths
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using IT systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Previous GMP/laboratory experience is an advantage but not essential
What s on Offer:
- Salary of £29,520 per year
- Shift patterns: 6am 2pm, 9am 5pm, 2pm 10pm
