Description
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to address delays or priorities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to production and output.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the production team to maximise performance and morale.Supervise and guide the production department
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency

- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations

Profile
A successful Production Manager should have:
