Job Description

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Employer: Fast-growing activewear brand

Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum plus contributory pension + bonus + healthcare + staff discount + location allowance

Product Developer & Garment Technologist – Activewear Brand

We’re partnering with a fast growing activewear brand to hire a Product Developer & Garment Technologist. This is a hands on role with ownership across development, fit, and production in a high growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop on brand, performance led activewear from concept to production
  • Create detailed tech packs and technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator
  • Lead fit sessions (digital & physical) and manage all fit/tech approvals
  • Work closely with suppliers to manage development, sampling, and timelines
  • Oversee critical path to ensure on time product launches
  • Partner with buying and logistics to support production and delivery

Qualifications

We are looking to connect with candidates who have experience in product development and garment technology (activewear/sportswear preferred) with a strong understanding of fit, construction, and fabric performance.
