Responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures for a multinational HNW client base.
- Maintain client records and statutory registers.
- Draft trust minutes and corporate resolutions.
- Support the establishment of new structures including trust formation and company incorporation.
- Liaise with clients, advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with banking and investment account management.
- Support compliance processes including due diligence and periodic reviews.
- Assist with client reporting and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience within company and trust administration and demonstrate a strong interest in developing within the fiduciary sector. They will be partially or fully STEP qualified, or hold a relevant degree, and possess strong organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail, the ability to manage workload effectively and a proactive approach are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
