Primary Care Pharmacist – Independent Prescribing Pathway

Job Description

NHS Forth Valley is seeking pharmacists to join the Pharmacotherapy Service in GP practices, delivering high quality pharmaceutical care and ensuring patients get the best possible outcomes from their medicines.

Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply, with training planned for NES Post-Registration Foundation Programme and Independent Prescribing. Availability on Mondays/Fridays is desirable; willingness to travel across the service area is essential.
