Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate Practice Nurse looking to join a supportive, forward thinking primary care team? The Glen Medical Practice is seeking a motivated nurse to become a valued part of our multidisciplinary workforce.

About Us

We are a well established, friendly practice operating across two sites in Cumbernauld – Central Health Centre and Craigmarloch. With a patient list of around 12,000 and a diverse demographic, we offer a stimulating and rewarding clinical environment.

Our team includes GP Partners, Salaried GPs, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and a dedicated administrative and management team. We pride ourselves on a collaborative culture, excellent communication, and a strong commitment to high quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide a wide range of nursing services, which may include:

• Chronic disease management (e.g., asthma, COPD, diabetes)
• Treatment room duties (wound care, dressings, ear care, injections)
• Cervical screening
• Childhood and adult immunisations
• Health promotion and lifestyle advice
• Supporting QOF and practice wide clinical initiativesi>

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
• Experience in primary care or a strong interest in developing skills in this area
• Confident in delivering high quality, patient centred care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with chronic disease management, immunisations, and cervical screening (training can be supported)
• A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
