Job Description

Are you an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) with experience in dementia nursing and elderly care? We are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager to join a stunning nursing home. This role is based in a state of the art luxury care home in Inverness.

There are full time hours available for the Deputy Home Manager are offering a competitive hourly rate of 24 per hour.

The ideal candidate for the role of Deputy Home Manager role should be:

  • RMN or RGN qualified with elderly nursing experience
  • Have clinical skills including catheter care, medication management, peg feds and wound dressings
  • Able to lead by example
  • Capable of making independent decisions
  • Confident in working with dementia nursing residents
  • Experienced as a Deputy Home Manager
