Job Overview

Manpower UK is seeking a Plant Operative to join their client in Falkirk on a temporary basis, offering up to £15.50 per hour. The role requires an immediate start.

Shift Pattern

Tues-Fri 6am-6pm, every third week nightshift Mon-Thu 6pm-6am.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Plant Supervisors to manage site operations and assets efficiently.
• Control daily activities to optimise output and contribute to overall production.
• Ensure a safe and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a small or medium manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
