NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a permanent Call Handler to join the Admin Team supporting the Phlebotomy SPoA in Glasgow. The role involves handling incoming calls and managing referrals for the Phlebotomy Service while ensuring accuracy in patient data entry.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and keyboard skills, adaptability, and customer care focus. This position offers a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with specific shift times.
