SHIFT PATTERN – DAY SHIFT, LATE SHIFT, 12 HOUR SHIFTS, OVERNIGHT SUPPORT AND NIGHTSHIFT
£13.45 PER HOUR

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable. No two days are the same, but you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be.

Project Details

The Twechar Project is based in the village of Twechar and offers short break respite care to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom also have physical disabilities. The project accommodates up to five individuals at any one time. During their short break, people are encouraged to take part in activities that match their interests. Each service user has an individual support plan that includes up to date information on assessed need, likes and interests. All service users are treated with dignity and respect, and outcomes are monitored to ensure high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support as needed. You will also help expand their social networks and connections.
