Hours

27 hours per week

Shift Patterns

  • Long Day Shift (8am – 8pm plus sleepover)
  • 8am – 4pm
  • 4pm – 10pm

Pay

£13.45 / hour for weekday shifts or £17.93 / hour for weekend shifts

About Emma

Emma is a young woman with epilepsy, living in her own home with 24/7 support from two PAs. She is non verbal and has limited ways to express herself, but her fun, gentle nature shines through with a cheeky smile and a twinkle in her eye.

About the Role

We’re looking for people who are kind, caring, reliable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team. No previous experience required. Full training will be provided, including epilepsy care and PEG feeding.

Responsibilities

  • Support Emma to achieve her goals and outcomes.
  • Assist with personal care and moving and handling.
  • Provide positive behavioural support.
  • Expand Emma’s social networks and connections.

Qualifications

  • No previous care experience required.
  • Values such as kindness, caring and teamwork.
  • Willingness to train in epilepsy care and PEG feeding.
