Overview
Govanhill, Glasgow. We are an award winning social care charity looking for Personal Assistants (Support Workers) who can make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with a range of care needs, including personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
- Assist clients in achieving their personal goals and outcomes.
- Help expand clients’ social networks and connections.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of our clients are met.
Qualifications
No previous care experience is required. We look for candidates who are committed, dedicated, and have a genuine desire to provide support. Transferable skills and values are valued.
About the Facility
Bankhall Court is a residential dementia service for 17 adults, providing a comfortable and homely environment. Staff encourage clients to live well with dementia and to achieve personal outcomes throughout their journey.
