SGN in Edinburgh is seeking a proactive People Partner to lead employee relations across Scotland, with a mix of depot-based on-site work and remote days. The role focuses on advising managers, driving engagement, and improving business performance while ensuring GDPR-compliant People data.

You’ll travel between sites, support restructures, deliver training, and partner with union representatives. The position offers £48k-£55k annually, a car allowance, and a performance bonus.
