Apex Hotels in Edinburgh is seeking a People Operations Advisor specializing in Employee Relations. You will partner with hotel and head office managers to provide pragmatic, policy-based advice and ensure fair handling of cases in line with company procedures.

Based in London with hybrid working, travel to Bath, Newbury and UK sites may be required to support casework. You will develop strong relationships, coach managers, and contribute to a positive People & Culture experience.
