People & Culture Coordinator – Dynamic Events Campus

Job Description

The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is seeking a proactive People Coordinator to join the People & Culture Team. You will support recruitment, coordinate onboarding and handle employee lifecycle changes, ensuring accurate records and compliance with data protection rules.

You will work closely with hiring managers, provide policy guidance, assist with payroll, and drive smooth employee experiences across SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro.
