Description
- Process and manage payroll operations for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Handle payroll queries, providing clear and professional support to employees and management.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Calculate and process statutory deductions, including tax and pension contributions.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to senior management as required.
- Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll and implement necessary adjustments.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll documentation.
Profile
A successful Payroll professional should have:
- Previous experience in payroll processing within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry or a similar sector.
- A strong understanding of payroll systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent numerical and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
