Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Chefs for our high-end client in Aberdeenshire.

This is for an event that is taking place from the 30th July – 4th August.

Hourly rate will be 14 per hour PAYE.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with the recipes and standards set by the Head Chef.
Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in menu planning and development, taking into consideration seasonal availability and guest preferences.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

The role will be mainly doing production, preparation & presentation.
