Part-Time HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) – Glasgow

Job Description

HR Recruit is assisting an organisation in the engineering sector to recruit a maternity-cover HR Advisor in Glasgow. The role is part-time (22-24 hours per week) on a 13-month fixed-term contract, with a hybrid working pattern and a salary range of £36,000-£50,000 (FTE).

You will provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with support from an external HR Consultancy. This role reports to the Managing Director and involves working closely with employees and line managers.
