Overview
We are seeking a Packaging Sales Executive to nurture hot leads and drive new business for a Scottish based environmentally friendly packaging solutions provider. The role focuses on follow up of exhibition leads, negotiation, closing deals, and understanding customer needs across beverage, electronics, medical, produce, industrial and horticultural sectors.
Responsibilities
- Follow up and convert exhibition leads into sales opportunities.
- Generate new business by leveraging hot leads and networking with prospects.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable outcomes for both the client and the customer.
- Build empathy and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the trends of the Scottish marketplace and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative packaging solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the packaging industry, with a strong track record in sales.
- Detailed knowledge of the Scottish market and its customer base.
- Excellent negotiation, closing and communication skills.
- Strong ability to understand and address customers’ needs and wants.
- Comfortable working in a fast moving, high growth environment.
- Passion for innovation and collaboration in the packaging sector.
