Operations Lead: Banking Integration & Customer Outcomes

Job Description

Nationwide is looking for two Operations Leads to own the operational integration across Group Banking & Savings Operations as Nationwide and Virgin Money come together. You will lead end-to-end process performance, business readiness, customer outcomes and risk considerations, supported by an Integration Business Analyst, across Operations, Product, Risk, Change and Technology.

This is a 12-month secondment with hybrid working across our UK offices; based at the Glasgow hub, you will join
