Nurse Deputy Care Home Manager – Lead Care & Team

Job Description

Priority Care Group, part of Keane Premier Group, is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager to support leadership at a care home. 37.5 hours per week (2 days on floor, 2 days supernumerary) at £23.45 per hour. PVG and two references are required; visa or right to work in the UK is essential.

You will assist the Care Home Manager with day-to-day operations, lead the care team, develop care plans, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident care.
