AfC Band 8A (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,818.72 per annum (pro rata) and a High Secure Clinical Responsibility Allowance of £4,365.11 per annum (pro rata)

Post Details – The State Hospital Psychology department is advertising two Clinical Psychologist posts – one 28.8 hours, Fixed Term Contract (18 months); one 21.6 hours, Permanent Contract.

This position involves delivering high quality psychological assessments, comprehensive risk assessments, and a range of individual and group psychological interventions across five service areas. Postholders will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to hospital wide projects, and offer training, supervision, and consultancy. They will also engage in research and collaborate with stakeholder services, including local training courses and other secure services.

Work location: all clinical locations within the State Hospital.
