Night Front Office Supervisor – Guest Experience & Safety

Job Description

The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is seeking a Front Office Night Supervisor to oversee Night Operations and manage the Front Office team in a busy hotel environment in Scotland. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and includes night audit, reception, reservations and transport duties.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring tasks are completed to standard, and leading the Night Duty Manager team for emergencies.
