Restaurant Manager Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team at Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including reservations and table flow.
  • Support the recruitment, scheduling, training, and development of team members.
  • Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control.
  • Drive revenue through effective upselling and positive guest engagement.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and positively, ensuring concerns are resolved appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and company standards.
  • Help create a welcoming, professional, and memorable dining experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager within a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Previous fine dining experience is essential.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive, professional, and team-focused approach.
  • A full, valid driving licence is preferred.
