Job Description

The National Portfolio Director at Public Services Delivery Scotland will provide executive-level national leadership for NHS Scotland’s Business Services Portfolio, including the Business Systems Programme, a major ERP transformation across NHS Boards in Scotland.

The role drives changes to Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Procurement and related services, aiming to improve data quality, reporting, and workforce planning while enabling future shared services and reform opportunities.
