A Property Sector market leader in Scotland is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join their team and manage a portfolio of residential properties.

We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the Property Sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing properties, handling tenant relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of rental properties.

Responsibilities:
– Managing a portfolio of residential properties
– Conducting property inspections and maintenance checks
– Handling tenant inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Coordinating repairs and maintenance work with contractors
– Ensuring compliance with rental agreements and property regulations
– Managing rental payments and financial records
– Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and property owners

Requirements:
– A real passion for the Property Sector
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in property management software
– Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Scotland (desirable)
– Previous experience in property management, preferably in residential properties (desirable)
– Strong knowledge of property maintenance and leasing agreements (desirable)
