Job Description
What you will do:
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure machinery runs smoothly.
- Reactive Maintenance: Diagnose and repair equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime.
- Installation & Modifications: Assist with installing new machinery and modifying existing equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations and ensure HACCP, GMP compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate performance reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to address issues and optimize machinery performance.
- Training: Train staff and junior engineers on equipment and safety procedures.
