Mental Health Registered Nurse – Patient-Centered Care Lead

Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high standards of client care within mental health services. You will apply the nursing process under supervision, supervise students and support workers, and may act as Named Nurse in a defined clinical area.

In this role you will coordinate a small team, involve patients and carers in assessments, and deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused interventions both one-to-one and in groups.
