Lead, Workplace Mental Health Programme – Scotland

Job Description

Penumbra is seeking a Programme Manager (Workplaces) to lead a Scotland-wide programme tackling mental health stigma and discrimination in workplaces. The role focuses on mainstreaming anti-stigma actions within a mentally healthy workplace framework, drawing on international evidence and lived experience leadership.

The post holder will drive partnerships at local, national and UK levels, influence policy and culture, and ensure high-quality programme delivery to reduce stigma across sectors.
