Job Description

Search Consultancy is hiring a Maintenance Team Lead for the Birkhill site in Lesmahagow. You will lead a team of four maintenance engineers, coordinate on-site contractors and drive maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement.

This hands-on leadership role combines engineering duties with project management, aiming to reduce downtime, strengthen safety compliance and deliver impactful plant performance improvements.
