We are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly regarded practice based in Edinburgh City Centre. This is an exciting chance to work with industry experts, gain hands-on project experience and develop your skills within a dynamic and supportive team.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior Quantity Surveyors in delivering cost management and procurement services across commercial, residential, retail and leisure projects
  • Assisting in preparing cost estimates, tender documents, and financial reports
  • Attending client meetings and site visits to gain real-world exposure to live projects
  • Working towards RICS chartership with structured support and mentoring
  • Developing your technical and commercial knowledge through hands-on experience and industry training

What We re Looking For:

  • Currently UK based with a right to work
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (either currently studying or recently graduated), with any experience of working as a trainee/graduate Quantity Surveyor whilst studying an added advantage
  • A keen interest in construction, cost management and project delivery
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive mindset, eager to learn and develop within a leading QS consultancy
