Maintenance Engineer, Falkirk, up to £19.50 per hour + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Cycle to Work Scheme + Health Cash Plan!
Maintenance Engineer to join a leading solutions provider in the energy sector, located in Falkirk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing recycling machinery and equipment while working on a rotating 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days only), with occasional callouts. Depending on performance, permanent contracts available.

Responsibilities:
- Execute preventative maintenance and respond swiftly to machinery breakdowns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean techniques.
- Promote safe working practices and coordinate with contractors.
- Maintain essential plant equipment, including conveyors, generators, compressors, and pumps.
- Diagnose and repair faults, providing timely and cost-effective solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in electrical, control, or plant engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing faults and performing maintenance/repairs.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative team player.
- Computer literate.
