Job Description

As a Logistics Operative in Milton you will join a professional, clean, and well organised operation, earning between £28,000 and £31,000 per annum. This full time role offers consistent shift patterns, either 07:00-16:00 or 10:00-19:00, with overtime available. The role prioritises careful, accurate, and safe handling of high quality materials over speed.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming goods.
  • Load, unload, and store materials safely.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy.
  • Process stock movements using warehouse management systems.
  • Support production and customer assembly lines.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch.
  • Process returnable packaging and warehouse returns.
  • Deliver materials to local customer sites when required.
  • Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A desire to value quality over rushing the job.

Desirable

  • Counterbalance forklift licence.
  • Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Salary: £28,000-£31,000 per annum + Overtime Available
