Pay Rate: £17.45 £21.49 per hour (PAYE)

Job Description:
Recruitment Alba are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 ADR Drivers (LGV1 / Cat C+E) for our client operating across multiple depots in Central Scotland (Alloa / Glasgow).
We have a range of opportunities available, including dayshift and nightshift, with both full-time and ad hoc shifts to suit your availability.
This role involves trunking, running and dropping, ensuring safe and compliant delivery of goods in line with ADR regulations.
Key Duties:
- Trunking, running and dropping loads between depots
- Ensuring all driving is carried out safely and in line with regulations
- Completing delivery paperwork and digital records
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Adhering to driver hours, tachograph and ADR compliance
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 / LGV1 (Cat C+E) licence
- Valid ADR Licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 / ADR driving experience preferred
- Strong understanding of transport and safety regulations
Pay & Benefits (PAYE):
- Days: £17.45 per hour
- Day Overtime: £19.78 per hour
- Nights (all hours): £20.24 per hour
- Weekends: £21.49 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £21.49 per hour
- Holiday pay accrued on every shift
- Flexible working to suit full-time or ad hoc availability
