Job Description

HGV Class 2 Driver – Loanhead (Edinburgh)

We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for our client based in Loanhead, Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified drivers looking to start their career in the industry.

Position Details:

  • Location: Loanhead, Edinburgh
  • Pay Rate: £15.40 per hour
  • Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 6 (rota-based)
  • Start Time: 5:00 AM

The Role:

  • Carrying out multi-drop deliveries to customers
  • Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
  • Completing all relevant paperwork accurately
  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
  • Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply
