Leisure Centre GM: Drive Sales & Lead Teams (Flexible Hours)

Job Description

Goals is seeking a General Manager for its Glasgow facility. The role covers day-to-day management, staff development and medium-term planning to maximise income across the complex.

You’ll lead reception, bar, security and referees, and drive sales through weekend and off-peak initiatives while maintaining excellent customer service. This is a permanent, full-time post (40 hours per week) with a salary of £34,250 per annum plus bonus potential discussed at interview.
