? Freelance Recruiter – Am Law 100

We’re seeking a high-performing freelance recruiter (commission based) with a proven track record to place top law talent. You can make anywhere from ($60k-$90k+/ placement).

About You:

  • You’ve worked as a recruiter within an agency.
  • You’ve successfully placed Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys from Am Law 100 firms
  • You live and breathe recruiting: sourcing, screening, pitching, and closing talent in competitive markets.
  • You’re comfortable working independently with hiring managers to build world-class teams.
  • You’re proactive, organized, and resourceful.
  • No hand-holding needed.

? What You’ll Do:

  • Source and engage top-tier candidates for Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • Demonstrated experience working with Am Law 100 lawyers.
  • Excellent communication skills with both candidates and stakeholders.
