Bayne’s the Family Bakers is seeking a Learning Partner to cover North Lanarkshire and Stirlingshire areas. This mobile role will involve regular travel across locations and requires previous experience in Learning & Development. The ideal candidate will design training sessions, provide coaching support, and develop engaging learning solutions.

Working with the People & Development Department, you’ll play a key role in enhancing team capabilities and fostering a positive learning culture. A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.
