George Watson’s College in Edinburgh seeks a Head Rowing Coach to lead the rowing programme, developing a structured and challenging approach for daily, weekly and monthly sessions.

You will line manage part-time coaches to deliver a full rowing offer within PE and extracurricular activities, while ensuring inclusive, progressive sessions for all ages and abilities and guiding pupil participation in local and national events.
