Kitchen Team Leader: Lead Service, Orders & Hygiene

Job Description

Premier Inn Glasgow East Kilbride (Central) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive a busy kitchen and lead a small team. You’ll own ordering, stock control, and cost management while delivering high quality meals to spec.

You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager, develop your team, maintain health and safety standards, and prepare for advancement into senior kitchen roles within Whitbread’s UK hospitality network.
