Cluster Reservations Leader – Guest Experience & Revenue

Job Description

The Scotsman Group is seeking a Cluster Reservations Manager to oversee daily reservations operations across our hotels and apartments. Reporting to the Group Revenue Manager, you will lead a small team, manage group bookings, and drive guest satisfaction through efficient processes and strong customer service.

You will maintain knowledge of our services, systems like Opera Cloud PMS and Mews, and collaborate with hotel teams to maximise bookings, revenue and guest experience across Scotland.
